Using a Sat Nav enter PE9 1AJ, New Cross Rd, Stamford. Enter No 45 ( We do not have a number but 45 is next door).
Travelling South on the A1
Take the first Stamford turn B1081and follow the road straight over the first set of lights. At the second set of lights turn left onto North St. After the pedestrian lights turn left into Recreation Ground Rd. At the cross roads turn left into New Cross Rd. The Elm is 150m on the right hand side.
Travelling North on the A1
Take the first Stamford turn B1081 and follow the road into Stamford. At the lights (George Hotel on left) go straight over the bridge and take the first right onto Wharf Rd. After the ‘S’ bend turn left into Brazenose Lane. At the lights go straight over, under the foot bridge and take the first right into Conduit Rd. At the top of the hill turn left into New Cross Rd. The Elm is 250m on the right.
Travelling from the East A16
Follow the road into Stamford. At the lights turn right onto North Street under the foot bridge and take the first right into Conduit Rd. At the top of the hill turn left into New Cross Rd. The Elm is 250m on the right.
Travelling from the West A606
Follow the road into Stamford. At the ‘T’ junction turn right, 200m lights turn left onto North St. After the pedestrian lights turn left into Recreation Ground Rd. At the cross roads turn left into New Cross Rd. The Elm is 150m on the right hand side.
